BAD boys - by Riley Caldow

Hello all and welcome to by blog again. Today I have a very
special LO to bring to you. This LO was created by my 11yr/old
son Riley. Riley has been on and off scraping for a few years now.
When time between school, swimming and a child's life permits.

He has been working on this LO for a few weeks now bit by bit.
I'm so proud of the time he put into this one. I think it is just
stunning. He has been watching me and getting his own ideas
how he would do it.

He asked Kylie from Scraptopia if she could design some paint
cans for him. So thanks to Kylie he got just what he had in mind.

The photos were taken in a photo booth when Graeme took the
boys to the movies. They had so much fun with the funny faces
and the boarder they used was just what Riley need and that give
him his inspiration.

He created it on white card stock and the patterned papers are
by Kaiser Craft - Attitude! Collection. The acetate sheet is from
the same range. It was just wonderful how he was able to have
everything he wanted just come together at the right time.

The sprays he used to create the background are Dylusions -
Cut Grass, Lemon Zest, Postbox Red and Campaso.

To complete his chippie spray tins he used Copic Pens -
B29, G05, E29,YR04,C3 and R27. On the orange tin he then used
Derivan Matisse Ink - Carmine and Derivan Ink - Black. He then used
Archival Pigment Ink - Moonlight White on a Kaiser stamp - Rocks.
For the Blue tin he used the Kaisers - Oriental stamp.

The spray from each of the tins is Micador 3D paint - Blue, Yellow
and red.

The other embellishments he used were fussy cut from the papers
(just like mum does) and he used one for his journal tag.

This is the final pic I have taken. I'm so, so proud of this LO for a
very special reason (to me). He didn't want any help with this one
and if I offered any instruction it was "Thanks Mum, that would be
good but this is what I wanted to do". He had a plan in his mind at
WELLA - This is the outcome.

Thank you Riley (he will look at my blog at school I know) for your
interest in my interest and learning what you have by watching me
and asking questions. For enjoying Scrapbooking and creating such
a stunning LO. I love it and I love you young man. Mum XOX
