Tag Album - Summer

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing my tag album created for the January challenge over on Facebook with Sassy Scrappers.
The challenge was to created a Summer inspired Tag Album.

I decided to create a Tag Album that told a story of our love for summer. To show what it means to s as a family. Beaches, surfing, sand and great waves always makes us happy.

I decided to take the photos without the loop on them as each tag displayed better.

The boys and I love summer at the beach. On real hot days the sea breeze and cooling off in the salt water is just wonderful.

The products I used are -
Tim Holtz Tags
Simple Stories Patterned Papers - I {Heart} Summer
Simple Stories - Stickers
Kaisercraft Clear Stamps
Journal Pen
Gauze
Distress Ink
Shells
Dies - Light house, Tinny Shells, Ship Wheel

(I have done a lot of fussy cutting from the patterned papers to create my Tag Album.)

Thank you so much for popping in to see what I have been creating.

Melbourne Street Art

Hello and a huge welcome to my blog. My DT posting for today is for this months challenge at Off The Rails over on Facebook. Boy is it a great challenge. I have chose to use a picture of some street art in Melbourne. There are some truly amazingly talent people here in Australia and this photo shows just one of them.

Every single thing about this mood-board inspired me. The one thing I did do was go on to the internet and print out a spray can on cardstock which I fussy cut to put onto my page. What would a street art page be without a spray can lol.

I had so much fun creating these journal pages. I have never used tissue paper prints before but I must say they are my new love to work with. I also love the fact that I can create with the tissue paper and that there are prints that all go together and look great.
Well that's my journal page and now it's time for me to take my son for a driving lesson.
I hope you like my creation and please keep calling in o see what I have been up to.
