New Beginnings
This photo was taken not that long after my husband and I
started going out together. That was some time back now.
I have done this layout for the Njoyfull Craft Challenges.
Narelle has some wonderful and super fun challenges on her
blog. If you get a chance pop on over and take a look.
I have also entered it into the challenge at Once Upon a Sketch
They have some beautiful sketches and there design team do
some truly beautiful layouts.
There is nothing anyone can say about Manor House flowers
except truly beautiful. They look stunning with anything on
any layout. With this beautiful red rose is a bow from Prima
and the tag and cameo are Kaiser Craft.
Yes you guessed it, more beautiful Manor house flowers. The
bird is Kaiser craft and I cut it out. The stamped date tag is
Kaiser Craft and the bow Prima.
I just love this cherub from Kaiser Craft. I placed it on card
stock and cut around it so as to make it match in better with the
layout. The lace was given to me by an old friend from her
sawing stash. Again this stamp is from Kaiser Craft. The hearts
are from the Jenni B heart collection. The leaves in the pictures
are from Vivaldi, clock is Craftworks and the letter Cre8tiv.
The roses in the top corner are from Kaiser Craft and the pearls
are from Scraptopia.

RIGHT HERE & BEYOND GREY CHALLENGES BLOG
Ok lady's keep a look out on my blog and Beyond Grey Challenges (who I DT for - like you's didn't know...lol) for my very first ...... "WHATS UP CRAFTY" All us DT girls have a turn at bringing to you what we have been up too. This means if you pop on over to Beyond Grey Challenges you will already see Pooja's Whats Up Crafty and not to far away will be mine.
I'm looking forward to bringing something to you that I have just been shown by my wonderful friend Julie Davis. I spent some time with her yesterday looking at some beautiful cards she has been making. She does an awesome job of them and gives them to special people in her life.
Julie likes to experiment and when she does I'm the lucky one that gets to see what the results are and learn something new. Thank you so much for that Julie and for the wonderful afternoon.
I'm well under way with my little project I will be bringing to you. It is very simple but I just love it. Clue....It adds a little something to your plain card stock.
Hugs All

3D Happy Birthday
This is another card that I have made from a 3D sheet and
my ever loved (this year) scrap bag. I have even surprised
myself at what papers I have horded in my scrap bag and
how handy they are coming in.
3D With Love card
This is a card I made for my DT work for Scraptopia (On Facebook)
Kylie has so many of the 3D's to choose from I have trouble when
deciding which I want to do. Not only are they great for cards but also
for cutting out and using on your scraping pages.
Once again I have kept my New Years Resolution and dived into my
scrap bag for what papers I wanted to go with the 3D sheet.

I Love You
Ok ladies since everyone is going love lol, I decided to do
the same. I had these lovely little bears in my stash for some
years now. To be honest it has been that long I don't even
remember where I got them. But cute or what? The card is
made from card stock and Creative Memories patterned paper.
The stitching is simply done with a Uni-ball Signo white pen.
For all that celebrate Valentines day I hope it is special and
that the one you love remembers you.
I have submitted this card to

Resin Molding = Fun
What a day I had yesterday..... Just thought I would tell you a little about it. First off though I would like to say a big thank you to Karen Shady who is a very special friend of mine. If you haven't had the chance to meet Karen on her blog then click on the link on mine and take a look.
Karen is one awesome scrap booking lady and I'm sure you will love her designs. Give her a piece of 12x12 patterned paper and look out...... she will create something.
The two of us get to catch up when our busy lives allow. One of those days was yesterday. Our boys had a day off school (teacher meeting) and we all got together. Lots of laughter from our boys and the same was coming from Karen and myself.
We were having our first go at resin molding and yes it does = fun. We laughed and made some very nice embellishments for our layouts and cards. It was a case of how hard can this be??? Not hard at all.....once you get over the shock of how fast the resin sets as you are pouring it. LOL.
"Brenda it's setting quick, we better pour it faster".
"Ok, just do those ones then."
'Too late it has set, look."
It had set in no time.....much laughter. It didn't stop us though.
Thank you Karen for a great day. It is going to be a lot of fun making them. I can't wait to see them on our layouts, cards and off the page projects. To anyone that is thinking about it, give them a go. I'm sure you will like doing them.

Loves Of My Life
I don't have a lot of photo's of me with the boys. It is normally
me behind the camera and them in front. The ones I do have
though are so special to me. Well to be honest, every photo that
they are in is special.
I did this layout for the February Challenge over at Scrap the Boys.
For this Challenge I had to have a photo of the boys and myself.
It was to be a boy inspired love layout. To get this I chose to use
Stampin up papers, ink, brads and stamps. The colors are very boy
and the flowers remind me of them as they are always giving them
to me. Whether they buy them or get them from Grandmas garden.
I even remember the flower from the "cape weed" in a vase on the
middle of the kitchen table. To others my boys had given weeds
back then. To me they had given flowers......beautiful flowers.
Fun Time
If there is one thing I love to do is scrap my boys. I also like to
keep to my New Years resolutions and this one has worked out
great. Yep the scrap bag again along with Kaiser brad and robots,
Spellbinder cogs die. Stampin up ink and Fiskars punch.
I also love to go back through the photo box looking at old pics
and deciding which to scrap...... Then look out scrap bag I'm on
my way. The floor is covered in paper. Now which do I use ......
I think the choice was good.
I did this with About A Boy Scrap booking Challenge in mind.
You see they are all boy..... that's all I have. No girls, just my very
handsome boys, Riley and Harley.
I have also placed this layout in Itsy Bitsy - Patterned Paper Challenge
