Remember - "The Past"

Hello and welcome to my blog. I'm sharing today a page I have created for the challenge at
More Than Words. The two requirements for the challenge were to use the word "Past" on my page and for it to be rustic.
It has been so good to be able to get into the craft room not only for my DT work but to also create for some challenges. My craft room has always been my happy place and it is really helping with my mental state. I only have four more radiations to go which is great. Some more time to get stronger and I'm sure I can spend more time in the craft room, yay.
But now for the challenge and my take.

As soon as I looked at the challenge it was time for me to hunt out some photos I had taken of old cars/Utes and trucks some time back.
I love old/past things of any kind and when I see old vehicles I really wish they could talk and tell their story.

The products I used to create my page are -
Kaiser Craft Patterned Papers
Dusty Attic Chippies
Embossing Powder - Pipe Dream (The Nut), Tim Holtz Distress (Vintage Photo)
Fusion Colour Stain - The Sage
Lindy's Stamp Gang Magical - Sandra Dee Sepia
Distress Ink - Walnut Stain
Black Cardstock
Journal Pen

Thank youso much for popping in and I hope you like my take on the More Than Words February Challenge. I had so much fun doing this page and creating the rustic chippies.

Birthday Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. I'm sharing with you today my Guest Design card for Stick It Down
I love the card sketch and enjoyed making it. As soon as I saw the oval shape I knew straight away that I was going to use my ornate oval die on the card.

The patterned papers I have used are from Kaisercraft and I think the apricot of the flowers goes so well against the blue.

Tranquility

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing my DT page for Off The Rails over on Facebook. We have another great challenge for you with an awesome mood board for inspiration.

Due to tthe horrific fires we have and are having in Australia now it was decided to use a fire mood board. For my page I decided to use the colors from the board but the photo is of a sunset taken some time ago on our farm. I also decided to color the chippies windmill, tree and tractor black due to the black that is over so much of our land. I thought with everything that has happened with the fires that everyone could do with a little tranquility.
 Now for my page.

The products used are -
Kaisercraft Patterned Papers
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp
Chippies
Black Copic

Thank you so much for stopping in and please call again and don't forget to hop on over to Facebook and join in the challenge with us.
