Milestone

Hello and welcome to my blog. I would like to share with you my second page for the month which is live over on the Let's Get Sketchy Blog and ready for you to join in the challenge fun. A great sketch awaits for you and I would love to hop on over to your blog and see your take on the challenge. Now for the sketch and my page which I created of my son Riley when he had his training wheels taken off his bike. Hence the title - Milestone, it was sure one of them and I was so proud.

My page was created on Black Cardstock and the patterned papers I used are by Kaisercraft along with the coordinating sticker sheet.

The Jumbo Cogs are by Dusty Attic and the other products I used are -
Black Journal Pen
Archival Ink - Jet Black
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp - Triangles

Dusty Attic Chippie - Word Pack #17
Distress Ink - Frayed Burlap
Copic - Brown
Distress Marker - Bundled Sage
Kaisercraft Fusion - Brown BR11

I hope you have enjoyed my page and stopping in. I also hope I have inspired you just a little to hop on over to the Let's Get Sketchy Blog and see what the other wonderful DT ladies have created and then join in the fun with us.

Happy Crafting and have fun. XXX

Heritage

Hello and welcome as always to my blog and my first post for Let's Get Sketchy in 2017. There will be a few changes this year to the challenges at Let's Get Sketchy so when you hop on over to the blog and join in the fun make sure you keep a look out for the changes.
Now for the 1st sketch challenge -

I love this page of my son Harley and Rhubarb. Rhubarb is Harley's Great Grandfathers and is nearly 100 years old. My Grandfather used to perform magic and was also a ventriloquist. He preformed stage shows. Since his passing Rhubarb was left to me and now to my son Harley. Even though Harley can't use him he loves it and I'm so glad.
I have wrote on a journal tag that I have slipped in behind  the layers and photo.

The products I used are -
White Cardstock
Black Cardstock
Kaisercraft Patterned Papers
Copic - Chrome Orange

Black Journal Pen
Kaisercraft Wooden Flourish
Dusty Attic Honeycombe Chippie
Dusty Attic Word Chippie - Heritage

Scollop Punch
Distress Ink - Frayed Burlap
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp - Triangles
Distress markers - Black and Hickory Smoke
