Just For You

I have also made this card for the Stampin'  Royalty
Sketch Challenge at
also for the challenge at

I loved making this card. The hole time I was making it I had
my Grandmother in mind. I miss her very much and know she
would have loved these papers by Kaiser Craft.

Yes this is no other than the beautiful Sweet Nothing range from
Kaiser Craft. I have only used the papers and collectables from
this range. Also there brown ink.

The only other thing I used to complete this card were black
Slick Writer which you can see I have enhanced the edges with
and Renoir 3D sticker letters for the title. I also did the title
keeping my Grandmother in mind. I know who ever I give this
card to is going to be as beautiful as she was.

Welcome Baby Boy

I made this card for the Sketch Challenge over at
Stampin' Royalty. I love there challenges and this
one was great.

The card I have used for this baby card is Authentique - "Faith"
and they are just beautiful papers in this range. The card itself
being patterned vintage went so well with the Kaiser Craft - Boy
- Bundle of joy papers and collectables I used. This range of
Kaiser make beautiful LO and Cards. I have also used  Kaisers
brown ink. The beautiful small swirl chip board frame is from
Twiddleybitz and I colored it a copic sketcher #B34. It is a much
lighter blue but over the darker chip board comes out darker.
The only other thing I used for this card is two of my ever loved
dies. I have had them for so long and no longer even have the
packaging for them.

Easter Cards 2

These are just a few quick Easter cards that I made in the
middle of all that is going on here at the moment. I still had
a couple more to make for friends and I was way behind.
I hope you like them

From my family to all of you we
send a very big Happy Easter
filled with lots of love.

This card below is for a guy we know and love that was lucky
enough to come through the bush fire with his home intact.
Kevin O'Conner is one hell of a guy who will be 70 this year.
It now sits in our home and awaits him. We hope he will come
through the door soon. It is so hard to catch up with some of
our friends. Tomorrow we try again. Knowing him he is helping
someone else each time we call. That's what he would do.

Easter Cards

I have three cards to show you today. I have been a little slow
with the Easter cards this year. For this first card I have used
Card stock, Echo Park Easter papers and sticker accents from
which I made the the Easter flag and the chicken. Fabric tape
and Kaiser Craft ink were the little extra I used.

I have placed this card in the Little Miss Muffet Challenge
I love their blog and this month you can enter your Easter
 Bunny cards.

I loved doing this card. I think it is because I love to use
flowers. I would put them on everything if I could.
The card stock, flowers and pearls were from scraptopia.
I used for the first time patterned papers from Authentique.
They are lovely papers and I will be using them again. I cut
the rabbits and eggs from it. The inking was brown Kaiser Craft ink.

I loved the color of the tag. It is such a pretty blue. The Happy
Easter was a Cre8tive rub-on.

This last card my boys Riley and Harley say is the best because
it is cute. I think they are right on the cute bit. But all babys
and bunny's are cute.

For this card I used card stock, Authentique patterned paper,
egg stickers by Echo Park, 3D bunny from Scraptopia and the
 grass is also from Scraptopia.

I'm hope to get a few more cards made and posted before
Sunday but right at the moment I wont make promises. At
the moment our community is still very busy and we have
lost more than 16 homes and 18 out buildings with this very
horrific fire. Even though my family have been very lucky
we have friends that haven't been and I will be helping them
as much as i can.

To everyone I say happy Easter though. Please be safe and enjoy
your families. I hope Easter Bunny finds all your loved ones.
So to your family from mine Happy Easter and Hugs.

Dereel Fire......Approx 6km from home

Today has been a very scary day for my family and friends.
We are a very close community and this fire has effected, Dereel
Corindhap, Mt Mercer and it is far from over. We live only 6km
approx. from the fire and my parents approx. 500m from it. So as
you can guess we have been very lucky. Some of our friends have
not been though. My prayers are with them and those still in bad
danger.

To our local CFA boys and those who have come from lots of
different places we thank you. Your hard work and dedication
to protect us and try to save our homes is amazing. Each and
everyone of you are our hero's.

This is what our fire fighters were still facing earlier tonight.
There have been 5 injuries and homes lost. I will leave the
posting of my Easter cards until tomorrow.

So to all out there that have txt or called I think you. To those
have helped us or friends I thank you. To those who await the
cards i have done......please be patient they will be up soon.
Love all. XXXX

Granddaughter 3D Card

I just love to make these cards. 3D cards are fun to make.
I make these cards for Scraptopia who I design for and look
forward to Kylie saying, "I have new 3D's in". It is like saying
to me....Time for fun.

I have made this card with the Challenge at Send a smile for kids
in mind. You can find them at
for the Anything Goes 4 Kids Challenge. This blog is well worth
the look and to join in. What a wonderful job they do.

I have also entered it in the Anything Goes Challenge over at

This card is a simple card using card stock and the 3D cute as
teenager. I make sure I have my kids designs right by asking the
kids I drive to our local Primary School. Kids are great at letting
you know if you have it right or wrong.  When I have 18 from
Pre school to Grade 6 I have no trouble finding out if I have it
right. This one got the thumbs up. Lucky me, LOL.

Happiness - Card

I have made this card for the next Beyond Grey Challenge.
BGC #27 is a "Fetch that Sketch" card Challenge. Us DT
girls used the design below. It was a great one to do.

This months Challenge prize is from Crafters Corner.
I'm sure you will love it if you are lucky enough to
win the challenge.

But wow..... Check out the Grafic 45 papers. I just love them.
They are awesome to work with. They take on a very beautiful
vintage look always. The lady and her child I cut out, placed on
card stock, cut around that and raised it up with dimension tabs.

The only other things I used for this card were the card stock
and stampin up ink. I did a little distressing and walla, it was
all finished.

Pop on over to Beyond Grey Challenges  at
and join in the funwith a challenge created for you
by Lucille. Check out the other work by my fellow
designers. They have done one awesome job.
