Welcome crafty friends to my blog and another DT challenge for 

Let's Get Sketchy.

Like always over at the blog you can find some awesome inspiration from the other DT members and the link to post your creation and be in the with a chance to win a wonderful prize. I know that the design team would love to see what your take on the sketch is. Now for the sketch and my take on it.

This page is of a very special family to me and my boys. The Gillards - Melissa, Mick, Jack, Lockie and Meghan are like our second family and I love them so much and so do Riley and Harley. 

I have created this page using patterned papers by Couture Creations - Hearts Ease Collection.

The family chippie has been coloured with a Copic - Lipstick Natural

The papers edges have been inked with Distress Ink - Gathered Twigs

On my background I used a Kaisercraft Clear Stamp - Script with Gathered Twigs Ink

The doily is a Prima Die and again I have used the same Distress Ink - Gathered Twigs.

Around the family photo I used a Copic - Cocoa Brown and went around several times until I got the colour I wanted. 

All the embellishments I fussy cut from the patterned papers, they were perfect for it.
