Beauty

Hello and as always welcome to my blog. I would like to share with you today a page I created of my sons girlfriend Hannah. I created the page for the challenge over at Dusty Attic and I loved the mood board as soon as I saw it.

When looking at the mood board the first thing that jumped out at me was all the sliver. So I decided to go with the inspiration that stood out to me the most and I used three different Dusty Attic chippies on my page.

The Dusty Attic Chip boards I used are -
Dream Catcher - DA0745X
Mini Scroll DA0750
Mini Words - beauty - DA0476

For the dream catcher and the word chippie I have coloured them and then used Viva Inka Gold rub in Silver over them.
For the scrolls I just used a Silver paint pen.

The other products I used are -
Stencils
Paint Pens
Copics
Distress Markers
Metallic Paint
Distress Ink
Silver cotton
Gauze
Paper Flowers
Texture paste
Silver Fiol

Amazing Scenery

Hello and as always welcome to my blog. I would like to share with you today a page I have created for the challenge over at ARTastic Challenge Blog. I love the challenges here as you get to use a piece of art work as your inspiration. This months is by Elioth Gruner and is called Milking Time.
The criteria is a country theme and I already had the photo and chippie I was going to use in my mind. I was going to use a chippie from A2Z Scraplets. But now for the inspiration and my page.

The picture I have chose was taken at Corindhap not far from where I used to live. There was a storm passing though and the sky looked amazing behind the old rustic sheds.

Products used -
A2Z Scraplets Chippie title and frame
Patterned papers
Distress Ink
Clear stamp
Distress Powder

If you would like to see how I did my A2Z Chippie then hop on over the A2Z blog and you will be able to see my tutorial.

Journal Pages

Hello and a huge welcome to my blog. I would like to share with you my latest Tutorial which you can find at the A2ZScraplets Blog. I have used some great chippies and you can find out how I did them there. We also have a great challenge over on the A2Z Scraplets Challenge page on Facebook so please hop on over an join in with that too. You never know you just might be this months lucky one.
Now for my journal -

I love getting messy these days and when doing this background and the chipboards I sure did get messy. Paint, baby wipes, ink, stencils ink, stamps and so much more = messy fun.
Stamping flowers, cutting them out and colouring them with Distress Crayons along with rub-ons are some more of the things that have made the background.

I love this phrase and I hope it applies to everyone. It is such a great chippie and you can find it in the A2Z Scraplets Store. If they are dulling your sparkle it's time asses so you get that sparkle back. We all need it.

These fantastic Dandelions and birds are also available in the A2Z Scraplets Store along with so many other products. Check it out, anything you could want is there and if you cant find it or want something different you only have to contact Deb and you can get it custom made.

Some of the products I used are -
Dylusions Paint
Pebeo Studio Acrylics - High Viscosity IIridescent

Hello and as always welcome to my Blog. I hope that you are enjoying your Queens Birthday long weekend as much as I am. Time with my boys, gardening and some crafting. Loving all three things but the gardening isn't to high on the list. My boys and crafting I would rather only do but if I don't get out in the garden it wont get done.

For the Challenge at WW1 this month there is of course the colour and this month it is Space Frontier (Grey) and also a sketch.

I chose to use some different shades of Grey in Kaisercraft Patterned Papers along with a Kaisercraft Feathers Die. My title and bricks are the A2Z Chippes I chose.

Dylusions Paint
Wshi Tape
