Fire Station

Hello crafty friends and welcome. Today I would like to share with you a page I have created for my DT post over at Let's Get Sketchy. As always we have another great sketch challenge for you to create with and I hope my page of my son Riley and 4 years of age inspires you.
I'm going to show you also a page I create many years ago when I first started scrapping. Wow has my scrapping changed. I have removed the photo, fire hydrants and the journal writing and created my new page for the challenge. Now the sketch.

Now for my old page and the new.

There were two pages I originally did so you will get to see the second one recreated later this month for my second challenge at Let's Get Sketchy

I have created my page on white Cardstock and also mounted the photo on white and black cardstock.

The patterned papers are by - Websters (dots) and Echo Park (zig-zag)
The other products are -
Tim Holtz Bubble Stencil
Distress Marker - Festive Berries
Timby Designs Color Crush - Pomegranate & Pineapple

Dusty Attic Diamonds
Rubon Letters
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp - Arrows
Ranger Archival Ink - Jet Black
Modeling Paste

I hope you have enjoyed looking at my page for the Let's Get Sketchy challenge and that you have also liked the page makeover. I know Riley loves the new creation and sure let me know it. I must say they are a huge difference and I know you will be surprised at the next page too.
Don't forget to hop on over the the Let's Get Sketchy blog and join in the fun.

I think your first layout is so cute, but I do love the second take on it too.. sweet photo.. and I love the frame in the post before this one.. I have had such busy days I havent been around the blogs, so I hope i have not missed to many posts.. I hope your week ahead is a good one..
